SHIPPING

 Please allow up to 3-5 BUSINESS days for processing orders. Orders are shipped out on Mondays - Thursdays, we do not ship during the weekends to avoid your products spending the weekend in a warehouse.  

Order characteristics such as size, weight, and distance will determine the shipping cost of your order. Orders will ship via the courier selected by the customer at checkout. Please note: Transit times are not a reflection of our processing time. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Royal Escentials is not responsible for delayed or missing packages after they are left with the courier. If your package gets lost in transit, please contact the courier directly. 

EXCHANGES

If your products are faulty or damaged during transit, we will offer a replacement, within 5 days of receiving it. A picture will be REQUIRED in order to be eligible for such.
